The Trust employs DBS checked Health and Social Care workers / mentors to be able to support both adults and young people.  We are part of the British Association of Supported Employment and Disability Confident campaign.

Colebridge directly supports people with learning disabilities and learning difficulties.  We have a fantastic working relationship with local special schools, including Forest Oak and Reynalds Cross School.  We also support interns from Solihull College.

As well as offering the opportunity to be part of working team, we also provide opportunities for downtime and socialising.

Colebridge is a founder member of the Solihull Inclusivity Partnership.   A group of like-minded organisations who are promoting choice for individuals with personal budgets.
