Colebridge has been delivering employability projects for 15 years. Our experienced Information and Guidance qualified staff have many years experience of working within the local area and supporting all groups of unemployed people. They also hold teaching, mentoring, coaching and mental health first aid qualifications.
We have always helped to tackle wider barriers that prevent people from taking up employment and our health and well-being approach is highly effective.
Our current projects include European Social Inclusion Fund Priority 1.4, where we are working closely with Solihull Council, North Solihull Schools, Around Again Charity and Solo. Our support is aimed at individuals with disabilities, over 50’s and lone parents; amongst other groups.
Colebridge has recently supported a large number of young people in Solihull into employment and training through its delivery of the National Lottery funded, Talent Match Programme. Our partner in Birmingham was BVSC.
Our support includes both 1 to 1 appointments and group sessions.
